  My grandparents were in an accident just outside Rosthern. After speaking with the police and ensuring that my family members who were in the accident were safe, I was told to go to the scene and get medication for my grandmother out of the vehicle . When I arrived I was met by a woman who works for this company. Small thing with blond hair. I was told I could not get the medications till we got to the lot. Perfect, not a problem. Then I was told "maybe you should be more concerned with the passengers then the cars contents". I assumed she was just stressed. As I had already spoken to both my grandparents and the police. About 30 minutes later after stopping in at the hospital and picking up my grandmother, as she's the registered owner of the vehicle, we went to Harvey's lot. The gate was wide open and this woman was standing playing with the dogs, we pulled up to the gate and immediately she began screaming at us. We had just made a mistake as we weren't familiar with the lot or this company. When she came up to the window I asked her please don't yell. We just made a mistake you don't need to be screaming and swearing in my face. She then proceeded to stick her finger in my face and ask me "do you want to get mauled by my dogs?!" I explained to her again that it was just a mistake and maybe she should close the gate or put up a sign, I just needed medication out of the car as my grandmother has Parkinson's and dementia and is on a medication schedule. I parked and waited at the bumper of my vehicle for her to come look at the registration. She came and looked at the registration. As I was explaining to her what the medication looks like and where it would be a man came out from behind a vehicle and started screaming. Screaming to "stop talking " to "shut the F up" "go the F away" "get out of here or I'll call the rcmp" I told him to. I said again I needed medication. So he yelled at the blond lady to " go F-ing get it." I have never seen this man till this moment. Comes out screaming and swearing like a child. But I needed those meds. So I stood held hostage because I needed something from him. If I went into a SGI or any Government facility and raised my voice I would be asked to leave. I am disgusted that people behave this way in a professional environment . And disgusted that SGI would give accreditation to people like this. I recommend if you have SGI business here you take the rcmp with you.
